國內運送

宅配服務待您匯款後將於1-3個工作日安排出貨。在您的訂單出貨後，我們將以Email或是手機簡訊提供訂單編號以利您追蹤您的訂單。
*一般宅配運費為$170元
*低溫宅配運費為$225元

Domestic Shipping

For delivery service, after you remit the money, the shipment will be arranged within 1-3 working days. We will provide a waybill number via E-mail or text to help you keep track of your shipment.

海外運送

我們將在全球發貨，通過順豐速運 SF Express 運送。一旦您的訂單出貨，我們將通過您填寫的Email信箱提供物流編號以利您追蹤訂單，估計您將在發貨日期後的 5-7 個工作日內收到您的商品。
*國際運費一律為$1500

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Orders are shipped via SF Express. Once your order is shipped, we will provide a waybill number via the email you filled in, to keep track of your shipment, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date.

稅收和關稅

依國貿條規規定條件: 稅前交貨(DDU)，所有相關的進口稅和關稅將在交付時由運輸代理收取。

Taxes and duties

We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be collected by the shipping agent upon delivery.

Shipping restrictions

General

Due to international trading agreements and local customs restrictions, we are unable to ship certain items to some locations. We'll let you know if this is the case once you proceed to purchase.

Grooming

Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurised or flammable items by air. If you have a shipping address in another location, enter this and select standard delivery at checkout. Alternatively you can contact our Customer Care Team to help you choose some other grooming products you may wish to try.

Lithium batteries

We are also unable to ship lithium batteries by air. Items containing lithium batteries can only be delivered via our Standard shipping method.
